Resize and outpaint

Before you start

• A source image.
• A target aspect ratio or canvas shape.

How to use this workflow

1. Step 1

   Open Resize and choose the output shape.

2. Step 2

   Position the original composition and describe any newly revealed scene area where the tool allows it.

3. Step 3

   Check the expanded edges and the subject placement before using the new format.

What to check

Outpainting generates new content; it does not recover a photograph that existed outside the original frame.
