Teams and custom requirements

How do credits work?

Credits pay for generations in DayGen. Different models and tools use different amounts of credits. You always see the price before you generate.

How many generations can I create?

It depends on what you create. Images usually cost much less than video, while longer or higher-quality generations use more credits.

Do credits expire?

Your monthly plan credits reset every billing cycle. Top-up credits are separate and have their own expiry date.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can wait for your next monthly reset, upgrade your plan or buy more credits with a top-up.

Can I buy extra credits?

Yes. Active paid users can buy top-ups without changing their subscription.

How does annual billing work?

You pay once for the year and get a lower effective monthly price. Your included credits still reset every month.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. Upgrades can take effect right away after payment. Downgrades normally start with your next billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings. Your paid access normally continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do paid generations have watermarks?

No. DayGen adds its watermark to free-plan image and video generations, not generations made with an active paid subscription.

Can I use paid generations commercially?

Yes, subject to DayGen's terms and any rights that apply to the people, brands or other material you use.

Do I need to pay separately for different AI models?

No. The models available in DayGen use the same DayGen credit system. You do not need separate provider subscriptions.
